This handmade earthenware ceramic plate is individually painted with an original design. It is part of her collection Flow. Starting from abstract painting, Julie then recreates parts of these paintings on to the surfaces of her handbuilt ceramic forms. Julie Hutton is a conceptual ceramic artist, living and working in Laugharne, Carmarthenshire.  She was previously a social worker and therapist and she is keenly aware of “ our need to feel connected to ourselves, others and our environment”

Art Deco Earrings by Michelle Lowe-Holder

These earrings are part of the "Plastic Fantastic" 2019 project which is a collaboration between designer Michelle Lowe-Holder and creator of "The Sustainable Sequin Company" Rachel Clowes.The aim of the collaboration was to create ‘special occasion’ jewels using a recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) sequin film, made from pre-consumer waste in China. - the pieces also celebrate the idea of a new luxury by uplifting and elevating a humble material with hand craft and design. All designs can be de-assembled and recycled again.

Michelle Lowe-Holder is an accessory designer specialising in mixing heritage hand crafts with modern technology and unusual sustainable materials.

The Lightcase is a portable pop-up photo studio that helps you take professional fotos of small things. It is quick and easy to set up, it diffuses the light source and creates an even, reflection-free background and comes with three background colours. You can photograph products from above with a smartphone or from the front using any camera.

Dominic Crinson is the inventor of Lightcase and runs PhotoLightcase. He is a father, artist, designer and inventor. He has made a name for himself in the UK interior design work with his range of ceramic tiles for high end luxury spaces. in 1996 he invented a process for digitally printing onto ceramic tiles. Currently he is focussed on making Lightcase better.
