DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

How do I know when my order arrives?
This differs for each product and will be clarified on the product specification. If in doubt please contact [email protected].

What shall I do if my order is later than expected?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the time specified please contact [email protected] or phone +44 (0)20 8885 2800 and we will investigate this further and get back in touch with you.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship products to all countries worldwide and for some products, shipping within the UK, free shipping is available.

What should I do if I have a question about a specific product?
Get in touch with one of our team members at [email protected], they will be happy to help! Do contact us if a product is sold out and we will contact the designer to get an idea of when it will be available again.

Can I purchase a Hidden Art Gift Card?
You can purchase the gift card on our shop here Purchase Gift Voucher. The gift card is available in the amounts £10, £25, £50, £100.

How do I use my gift card or discount code?
Click on the Shopping Bag, head to checkout and type in the code in the Discount Code Box. Then click "apply" to see the final total of the product(s) you would like to purchase.

RETURNS

What happens if I don’t like the item or it arrives damaged?
If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase or it arrives damaged or is faulty, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it and we will issue you with a refund or replacement item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Who pays for the returns?
If the item arrives damaged, is incorrectly supplied or is faulty, we will refund the cost of postage. In all other cases, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item. Remember to pack the item carefully and always obtain proof of postage/shipping since we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost items that are being returned.
