DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
How do I know when my order arrives?
This differs for each product and will be clarified on the product specification. If in doubt please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What shall I do if my order is later than expected?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the time specified please contact email@example.com or phone +44 (0)20 7729 3800 and we will investigate this further and get back in touch with you.
What happens if I don’t like the item or it arrives damaged?
If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase or it arrives damaged or is faulty, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it and we will issue you with a refund or replacement item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Who pays for the returns?
If the item arrives damaged, is incorrectly supplied or is faulty, we will refund the cost of postage. In all other cases, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item. Remember to pack the item carefully and always obtain proof of postage/shipping since we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost items that are being returned.
