All products at Hidden Art are dispatched directly by the designer. This means that you will not get all products delivered at the same time. However you will be notified when the designer has dispatched your products.
The shipping of the product(s) in your order is based on the total weight and size of the parcel. This is to ensure that the shipping does not get overly expensive. Please do contact us where your feel that shipping for the products you purchased should be less.
In the UK most products will be dispatched First Class and Signed For. However, there are some exceptions depending on the type of product. Where there is a longer delivery period this will be stated in the product details.
Where it is stated that a product has FREE UK SHIPPING we will refund you the shipping amount within 24 hours of your purchase. Should you not have received your refund for shipping within that period, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please let us know if there is a particular time you would want it delivered at or a specific date when the products should be delivered. We will then liaise with the designer and ensure that you will get it delivered on time.
If you are based outside in the UK and no shipping in the checkout appears, please email us and we will look into it for you and get back to you.

Before the order arrives
We will refund you the money before the order arrives in case the product is not available, or in case there is a delay in shipping or the product is out of stock and you are unable to wait until it is delivered. Of course you might want to decide to buy another product instead. Please let us know.
The product has been shipped but you have not received the product
In this case, please contact us and we will liaise with the designer who in most cases will resend your order.
The product has arrived but is damaged
In this case, please contact us with details of the damage. We would like a photo of where the damage occurred, which we then will pass on to the designer. In this case you will be sent a replacement or will be refunded.
Once the product has been delivered
In case the product is not as you envisaged please contact us with further details. We will liaise with the designer and mostly will reimburse you. In some cases you will not be reimbursed the return postage. For instance where you purchased a light and the colour of the light does not match the room where it will be placed.
In case where a product gets damaged i.e. a chain of a bracelet is broken, the designer might either send you a new one, or ask for the bracelet to be returned to have it fixed and return it back to you. In this case no shipping will be paid by the customer. Please make sure that you keep the original packaging/wrapping.
Exceptions include earrings for reasons of hygiene.
